A free, unofficial web app for drafting U.S. Navy correspondence to the format prescribed by SECNAV M-5216.5: standard naval letters, memoranda including the MFR, business letters, multiple-address letters, endorsements, joint letters, executive memos, coordination pages and NATO travel orders, with a live pixel-accurate preview and .docx, .pdf and .json export.
Everything runs in the browser and nothing you type ever leaves the page; the only telemetry is two anonymous site-wide counters, page loads and download clicks. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Navy or the Department of Defense, and the CUI guidance is front and centre: use it on authorised equipment.
Built by a former Navy helicopter pilot with Claude Code, in the repo's own words, "so everyone can stop bothering their admin department."
