Why it exists

Primeros Auxilios Psicológicos (PAP) for people affected by the Venezuela earthquakes. In the README's words: "Cuando tiembla la tierra, también tiembla por dentro" (when the earth shakes, it also shakes inside). Zerena is an installable PWA built to work in the hard moment: on a phone, calmly, even with no signal.

"Para mí" offers first-moment calm tools: guided breathing, grounding, sleep help, grief support, what to do with aftershocks and the news avalanche, and a journal that stays on your own phone. "Para ayudar" is a practical psychological-first-aid guide for accompanying someone else, including how to talk to a child, an older adult or someone far away. A third front connects people who need professional support with volunteers and professionals.

Anonymous, offline and calm by design. Built with Claude Code on TanStack Start, deployed on Lovable.

Tried this offline on a quiet Saturday, no earthquake in sight, just curiosity. The breathing/grounding flow is calm, no login nagging, which matters if you're anonymous and shaky. Grief support section feels sparse but present, not padded with filler text. Helper network idea is solid on paper, can't judge reach without real users nearby. Works fine with no signal, that's the actual win here.
