The Gifted Amateur

The Gifted Amateur is a reverse-engineering puzzle game about experimental physics. Each level is a universe running on a Lagrangian you cannot see; you get a cloud chamber, a collider, a decay observatory and a finite grant. Expose the chamber, scan the collider, measure the decays, then write the one line of physics that explains everything and get it past Reviewer 2. Six universes, from First Light to Publish or Perish.
