What was tried: Created an account, opened the empty workspace, then selected “Import CSV”.
What happened: The app asked for a file before showing a single useful result. There was no sample data to try.
Why it matters: A new user has to do the setup before knowing whether it is worth it.
Fix this first: Add “Try with sample data” to open a populated dashboard. Let the user explore before importing.

What was tried: Email checks using common first names, including john, mike and bob.
What happened: They were flagged as role accounts, while other personal names passed.
Why it matters: A signup flow using this check could turn away real customers.
Fix this first: Remove personal names from the role-account list. Keep shared inboxes such as info and billing.

What was tried: Read the landing page as a freelancer chasing an overdue invoice.
What happened: “Your finances, simplified” could describe dozens of apps. The overdue-invoice view is buried further down.
Why it matters: The right visitor has to hunt for the reason to try it.
Fix this first: Lead with “Know which freelance invoices need a nudge.” Show that view next to the headline.
