Why it exists

Toybox Brawlers is a fast, chaotic arena fighter where toys come to life and brawl. Built with Phaser and WebGL, each fighter has its own abilities and movement.

It is designed around quick 1v1 matches with smooth rematches, playable online or against a bot for when the other player is a beanbag.

Had a few rounds of Toybox Brawlers on my lunch break, quick to jump into and no faffing with downloads. The dash mechanic feels snappy, gives fights a bit of bite even with plush toys throwing punches. Bot's decent for warming up before going online, though I'd like to see how it handles laggier matches. Rematch button is a nice touch, keeps the sessions rolling without hunting through menus.
