NCypher

Triage tool for non-coding regulatory variants in paediatric glioma, with a dashboard to explore the findings.

Why it exists

Most of the genome does not code for protein. The other 98 percent regulates, and mutations in those switches are invisible to protein-coding tools.

NCypher scores non-coding variants in paediatric diffuse midline glioma across three orthogonal axes, then returns a convergence verdict with a calibrated confidence tier and an honest go or no-go memo instead of a bare number.

One question worth testing: how does the triage tool handle variants with conflicting or sparse annotation data in non-coding regions, where paediatric glioma evidence is thin compared to adult cancers? Does the dashboard flag confidence levels per variant, or just rank by a single score? Clarifying how uncertainty is surfaced would help assess whether this supports cautious clinical interpretation or only exploratory research use.
