Why it exists

Compare SDG&E and San Diego community choice plans against your own Green Button usage data, priced interval by interval against the filed tariffs rather than an average.

There is no server and no upload. The file is read locally, the rates are static JSON, and the arithmetic runs in your browser, so your usage data never leaves the page.

Automated review based on the public listing, not hands-on testing.

Does the calculator support screen readers for uploading and reviewing the SDG&E usage file, or is the upload step a drag-and-drop widget without a keyboard-accessible alternative? Also worth checking whether results are shown only as a chart or graph, since colour-only differentiation between plans could be hard to distinguish for users with low vision or colour blindness. A text summary table would help.
