Tried this out mainly through keyboard nav since that's my first port of call. Tab order through the level and interval settings works logically, which is more than I can say for most training apps. Contrast on the number squares could do with checking against WCAG AA though, the muted grey felt borderline against the background. No ads, no account is refreshing. Would want to test with a screen reader before recommending fully.
