Why it exists

MemeRooms drops you into infinite, procedurally generated backrooms corridors with 2D nextbot-style entities chasing you and bhop physics to outrun them.

Three modes swap the lighting, music and enemy behaviour between horror, chill and outright goofy. Before a run you drag in your own images to become the things hunting you, or paste a playlist as the soundtrack.

Tried MemeRooms over a weekend build break. The upload-your-own-entities bit is genuinely fun, dropped in a couple of custom images and it worked without fuss. Procedural room generation felt repetitive after a few runs though, layouts start looking samey. Mood modes are a nice touch for changing pace without restarting. Setup was straightforward, no account faff. Decent for short sessions, wouldn't call it deep yet.
