Why it exists

IDLE-CRAFT is a UI-first idle crafting and survival RPG where the deck of cards is the curse: every recipe and station is gated behind an unlock, and the cards you draw are the bars of a dream-prison.

Gather, cook and fight through turn-based encounters with permadeath, backed by a procedural Three.js character dock, cutscenes and online lobbies. A Vibe Jam 2026 entry.

I went in expecting the usual idle-game shrug and stayed for the onboarding, which actually walks you through how card unlocks gate recipes before throwing you into gathering and crafting loops. The tutorial text is clear about what a station needs before you can use it, which saves a lot of guessing. My one gripe is the card-unlock log is buried two menus deep, so tracking progress means more clicking than it should.
